Products

ProxySpell sells independent trading card game products, tabletop accessories, original card concepts and clearly labeled unofficial playtest cards. Each product page states the available quantity, materials, finish, dimensions and intended use.

Our products are not official, licensed, sponsored, endorsed or approved by any game publisher, artist, tournament organizer or other rights holder. We do not present independent products as publisher-issued products.

Intended Use

By purchasing an unofficial playtest product, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes such as:

  • Casual play with people who know the product’s status
  • Private deck testing and game design experiments
  • Drafting, creative tabletop formats and classroom-style activities where permitted
  • Personal collection and display

Venue rules and local laws may impose additional restrictions. Ask the venue or event organizer before bringing an unofficial product to a public event.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Describe an independent or unofficial product as official, licensed or original
  • Resell, advertise or package an unofficial product in a way that could mislead another person about its source
  • Remove, hide or alter a status notice or other marking to conceal that the product is unofficial
  • Use an unofficial product in a sanctioned event, official registration or authentication process where it is not permitted
  • Submit names, logos, artwork or text that you do not have the right to use
  • Use the website or products for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may correct pricing, product information or availability errors before accepting an order. The price shown when an order is accepted applies to that order.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Do not send full payment card details by email or through contact forms.

Order Acceptance

Your order request is not accepted until we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order when there is suspected fraud, a rights concern, a product or pricing error, unavailable inventory, an undeliverable address or a suspected intention to misrepresent an unofficial product.

If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item through the original payment method where possible.

Custom Orders

For a custom order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use every name, logo, image, illustration, text and other file you provide. We may request proof of permission, ask for original replacement material or decline the request.

You are responsible for reviewing the proof, spelling, quantity, dimensions and finish before production begins. Production time, changes and cancellation terms for a custom order will be confirmed in writing.

Shipping

Available destinations, shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from carriers, customs, weather, address errors or other events outside our reasonable control.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout page states otherwise.

For a damaged or missing delivery, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos or carrier information. Any return, replacement or refund is handled under the applicable Shipping and Returns policy and mandatory consumer law.

Intellectual Property

ProxySpell owns or has permission to use the original website text, layouts, product photographs and original designs that it publishes. No permission is granted to copy, modify or commercially reuse those materials without written consent.

Any third-party names, artwork, logos or text supplied by a customer remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. We do not grant a license to use third-party material, and we may remove or decline content when we receive a credible rights concern.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProxySpell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where ProxySpell is registered, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We will try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before either party pursues other remedies. Any court or dispute forum must have lawful jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
